Hey there, I’m Zoë, the founder of ZP Strength & Wellness.

This platform was built from a deep love for movement, not just the kind that looks good on social media, but the kind that transforms how we live, work, and feel.

With a background in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, and engineering, I’ve spent the last several years helping people bridge the gap between rehab and high performance. My mission is to make training simple, effective, and personal, whether you're a former athlete, weekend warrior, or someone just learning how to move again.

ZP Strength & Wellness is a space where training meets intention. Here, we talk about more than workouts. We explore biomechanics, recovery, the science behind strength, and the day-to-day realities of staying well in a busy world.

The blog is an extension of that mission, a place for in-depth conversations, behind-the-scenes coaching insights, and tools you can actually use.
