  • "I started training because I wanted to get healthier, stronger, and improve my physique. It’s been good so far. I really like the flexibility in scheduling. I’ve noticed growth in different muscle groups and I’m looking forward to bulking to see how much stronger I can get compared to before. The list of workouts and weights helps push me. Before, I’d stop one or two reps early when I was tired, but now I try to match or beat what I’ve done. One of my biggest achievements has been deadlifting 355 pounds at my current weight of 147. I’ve never been this lean before, and when I was cutting years ago, I couldn’t hit that weight even in the high 150s. That was a big moment for me. Zoë has helped me focus on specific areas where I struggled or didn’t even realize I was struggling, and I’ve seen big improvements. I feel less pain during workouts, especially in my shoulders during chest exercises. I’m excited to start bulking mid-year and see how far I can go with all the progress I’ve made. One area I still want to improve is my hamstrings. They’ve gotten better, but I feel like I could go even heavier on deadlifts if I improve that initial leg drive.   • "I do not want to have fat on my belly to improve my health. Zoë was a very detailed trainer. She was always paying attention that I was doing the right form. She also explained the reason for the exercise, the impact, and a little bit of anatomy. Moreover, she was always cheerful, happy, easy to communicate with, kind, and open to engaging with people. I became visibly more muscular in my upper body. My pants size was reduced from 32 to 30, and 31 is very loose. I do not remember using pants that I lost since I was 12. I always run, but now my stamina has increased like never before. Zoë helped me to achieve my first pull-up in my life at the end of August 2024. This has kind of been a dream of mine since I thought I could never achieve it. Most of my life I’ve been fat and not very strong. However, she told me I could do it, and I was very close to it. She’s been an excellent trainer, as I mentioned before. Besides providing recommendations about diet and convincing me to eat protein powder, which significantly improved my energy, my results, and even my mood during the day. I think I would like to continue to increase my weight in my routine.
