It all starts with a free consultation call. During that call, we’ll talk through your goals, training history, lifestyle, and what kind of support you’re looking for. If we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend the coaching plan that makes the most sense for you. After the call, you’ll receive a secure link through the Everfit app to complete your onboarding, submit payment, and get full access to your personalized training program. Once that’s complete, you’ll be ready to start training with confidence and clarity. EDIT THIS MAYBE

All payments are securely processed through the Everfit app following your consultation. Once we've discussed your goals and selected the appropriate coaching plan, you'll receive a private link to complete your payment and onboarding. This streamlined process ensures that everything from payment to accessing your personalized training program is managed in one place for your convenience.

I offer a structured online coaching program that includes a fully personalized weekly training plan, unlimited messaging support, form feedback, and weekly program updates—all delivered through the Everfit app.
You can choose between:
Standard Coaching – $50/week
Coaching + Weekly Video Call – $75/week
Paid-in-full options are available for 1, 3, 6, and 12 months for both plans.
Whether you're training at home or in the gym, each program is built around your goals, lifestyle, and equipment giving you everything you need to stay consistent and make progress.

You can train using whatever equipment you have access to. I design programs for both home and gym setups, whether you’re working with minimal gear or a full setup. Your training will be customized to fit your environment and lifestyle.

This call is a relaxed and goal-focused conversation where we get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about your current routine, what you’re hoping to achieve, and how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to commit. It’s simply a chance to ask questions, explore your options, and lay the groundwork for a personalized training plan built around your lifestyle and goals.

At ZP Strength & Wellness, I value my clients’ time and commitment, and I ask for the same in return. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the following cancellation policy applies:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged the full session fee.
No-shows (missing a session without notice) will also be charged the full session fee.
In cases of medical emergencies, serious illness, or family emergencies, fees may be waived at my discretion.
For membership cancellations, I require 30 days' written notice before your next billing date to stop future charges.
Training packages are final sale and non-refundable. However, unused sessions may be rescheduled if needed with prior communication.
My goal is to be flexible and fair while maintaining a respectful schedule for all clients.
