Welcome to ZP Strength & Wellness!
Hey there, I’m Zoë, the founder of ZP Strength & Wellness.
If you’re new here, welcome. And if you’ve been following along, I’m glad you’re back.
Growing up, physical activity wasn’t a routine. It was a passion that shaped my identity. Even as a kid, I was happiest when I was moving, learning, and growing through sport. I threw myself into everything from gymnastics and soccer to swimming, martial arts, figure skating, and track and field. Each sport was different, but they all taught me the same lesson: success isn’t just about results. It’s about setting meaningful goals, embracing the challenge, and learning to balance your sport with your everyday life.
That mindset stuck with me and eventually led me to turn my love for movement into something more, a business where I get to share that passion with people all over the world.
ZP Strength & Wellness was built from that foundation. Not just to help people train harder, but to help them train smarter. To move with intention. To enjoy the process. And to understand that true performance means taking care of your whole self.
With a background in kinesiology and strength and conditioning, I’ve spent the last several years helping people bridge the gap between rehab and high performance. My mission is to make training simple, effective, and personal, whether you're a former athlete, recreational mover, or someone just learning something new.
Here, we talk about more than workouts. We explore biomechanics, recovery, the science behind strength, and the day-to-day realities of staying well in a busy world.
The blog is an extension of that mission, a space for in-depth conversations, behind-the-scenes coaching insights, and tools you can actually use.
If you’ve ever wondered why your training feels stuck, how to make progress without burnout, or how to move through pain instead of around it, I think you’ll find something valuable here.
There’s no pressure to click around. But if anything here speaks to you, know there’s a lot more where that came from.
Talk soon,
